Hat in the Round

So i have tried on a few occasions to knit a hat on my circular needles. They are 16in but it is so ackward to knit this way. What's up with that? I love my circs but this is difficult and makes me beleive that i should use my DPNs.

Winter is coming and I would like to make a hat for my loved one but my progress is slow.
I guess that I'll have to find an easy project to work on in my multitasking while I knit sessions so that I can get my fix in.

Over due

So i am 2 days past my due date.
I am very anixious.

I did find a use for the dreadful Sidir Snowflake yarn that I bought to make the baby bunting though. Since the yarn was hard to see my stitches with I decided to go with a basic knit scarf.
It came out very well.

I'd post a picture but the digital camera is packed in my hospital bag.

Baby is coming any day now

So the doctor thinks that the baby will come any day now.
I am 38 wks, 3cm dilated, 70% effaced and the baby has dropped even lower than last wk which was station 2 or 3. (The doctor didn't give me a station number this wk)

I had my exam today and as usual I left with crampiness and contractions.
Last week they stopped after a while. I'm hoping that this week they stay steady.

I will be at the hospital for a breastfeeding class tonight so maybe I'm get luck and break my water while I'm there ;)

We are excited to meet Baby Christian.

Swelling

Swelling really does a number on my need to knit.
I haven't knitted in a month!
i have bought yarn though.
Am I addicted?
